Dr. Chapman came to Victory Baptist from the Grace Baptist Church in Waycross, Georgia. He is a graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.C. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Gospel Preachers Association and Mission Board  and is also on the staff of The Center For Expository Bible Preaching.  

He and his wife have three children. Mark, married to Marylin Aikens, is the founder of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Maryland. Ruth, is their daughter. Jonathan, married to Ashley Hernandez, is a School Administrator and Teacher at Calvary Baptist Academy in Gray, GA.
